About us

KruegerGoldens is a family-owned and operated dog breeder in Yakima, Washington. We started several years ago with a rescue golden (her name was Archie) and fell in love with the breed. Golden retrievers are athletic, smart, happy, goofy, eager to please, beautiful, loving dogs. It was after Archie was gone that we decided to breed Goldens.

We strive to produce healthy, sound dogs. Our breeding dogs have all of their health clearances including hips and elbows certified by OFA after 2 years of age. Heart checked by a veterinary cardiologist with echocardiagram and auscultation and certified with OFA. Eyes checked by a veterinary opthamologist yearly and certified with OFA. DNA testing for inherited health conditions completed.
